Our method was designed from Erika Bloom’s 20 years of Pilates, dance, and fitness experience, and perfected over 10 years of working on bodies. Erika Bloom handpicks and personally trains, and supervises each practitioner. Teachers come to Erika Bloom Pilates with 500+ hours of training, then receive additional instruction specific to our approach.
