Can't get motivated? Schedule an appointment with one of our cardiovascular trainers to walk or jog with you in central park. Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle yet effective whole body approach to wellness. It influences the central nervous system, brain and spinal column and can affect very deep and primary patterns. After listening through the hands to reveal the body's subtle rhythms and any patterns of inertia or congestion the practitioner uses subtle palpatory skills to help facilitate healing and balance. back to top^

Thai Yoga Massage
A traditional massage of Thailand, this treatment is experienced wearing loose fitting clothing on a soft mat on the floor. The practitioners body weight is used to create assisted yoga asanas and stretches, while simultaneously applying gentle pressure to shiatsu points.  Mobilizes joints, loosens muscles, releases tension, and rebalances the body.

A unique system developed by Erika Bloom that combines hands-on therapies with precisely targeted exercises. Hands-on work includes fascia release, gentle spinal manipulation, and joint mobilization to release the restrictions in the body. Mommy and Me Pilates
Enjoy exercise with your infant! Pilates will help new mothers rejuvenate and tone their post pregnancy bodies. Postnatal Pilates and Yoga
