Holistic Health Coaching with Caline Pinto
Holistic health coaching is a topic that is near and dear to my heart. I am a firm believer in creating a balanced lifestyle, and the food we put in our bodies can greatly enhance or retract from that balance. But being mindful about food is not something that comes easily to most. We have grown up with society telling us we need to look a certain way, eat particular things, or conform to a certain set of behaviors regarding food. As such, we have developed habits that may not be the best for our bodies, but are extremely difficult to break.A holistic health coach does more than tell you what you should and should not eat. Her goal is to understand you as an individual. This goes beyond helping you find an optimal eating plan. It may include helping you to learn to allow relaxation in your life, balance work and family life, or focusing on a healthy future.
In an effort to help my clients and readers find an easy way to bring these teachings into their life, I am so excited to introduce Caline Pinto. Caline was born and raised in Manhattan, so she understands the challenges of a fast paced New York lifestyle. She focuses on helping New Yorkers learn to take care of themselves as well as they take care of the people in their lives. While weight loss, and other body related issues tend to be why most of her clients start with her, they often – if not always – acquire so much more throughout their time with her.
Though the intention of this blog is not to simply talk about the wonderful people working at or with the studio- in this case, it's extremely important. It can be challenging to understand the differences and reasoning behind the food we eat, and Caline is a fantastic resource literally at your fingertips.
